In the draft resolution, after paragraph 17.6, insert the following paragraph:

"Upon reviewing annual information of the progress made in implementing the Council of Europe principles and pursuant to paragraph 12.1 of Resolution 1680 (2009) the Assembly recalls that it has the authority to suspend and/or withdraw "partner for democracy status"."
