In the draft resolution, paragraph 10, second sentence, delete the following words:

"but the recent fines imposed on non-governmental organisations for their actions against the Child protection referendum could have a chilling effect on civil society organisations"

Explanatory note

The Kúria ruled that it is not illegal for NGOs to encourage people to invalidate their votes in the referendum, therefore there were no fines imposed.
