In the draft resolution, paragraph 18, delete the words:

"the elaboration of a code of conduct and subsequently for".

Explanatory note

A code of conduct is problematic. In principle, such practical measures are welcome, but in this specific case, such an intermediate step poses a danger, as it could slow down or completely stall further negotiations.
