In the draft resolution, paragraph 2, replace the fourth sentence with the following sentence:

"In the case of forcibly transferred children, the competent courts should establish whether the crime of genocide has been committed so that the perpetrators can be prosecuted."

Explanatory note

In line with amendment 6, while the allegations are severe and based upon compelling evidence, we must not stray from due legal process.
