In the draft resolution, paragraph 17.10, after the words "whose governments are known to engage in transnational repression" add the following words:
", reiterate their commitment to privacy of communications and preservation of end-to-end encryption,"
Explanatory note
The support for the end-to-end encryption is crucial to protect potential targets of transnational repressions.
