In the draft resolution, paragraph 12, second sentence, replace the words "let other international organisations access the region" with the following words:

"continue to co-operate with other international organisations"

Explanatory note

Azerbaijan has not blocked any relevant international organizations from accessing its territory, including the Garabagh (Karabakh) region. On the contrary, the Government of Azerbaijan closely cooperates with international institutions such as UNHCR, UNEP, ICRC and others with respect to addressing the consequences of the conflict.
