In draft resolution, paragraph 11, replace the words "Nagorno-Karabakh" with the following words:

"Azerbaijan’s sovereign territories, as well as the rotation and funding of armed formations therein"

Explanatory note

The presence of the armed forces of Armenia in the territory of Azerbaijan is not disputed and has even been confirmed by the senior officials of Armenia. Although the establishment of checkpoint has extensively prevented the rotation of those forces, Armenia continues to fund these illegal armed formations which is also confirmed by the leadership of this country.
