In the draft resolution, paragraph 4, first sentence, replace the word "reclaim" with the following word:

"liberate"

Explanatory note

Instead of "regaining", it is proposed to use "liberated", since the territories of concern had been under military occupation, which had been recognized as such by entire international community.
