In the draft resolution, after paragraph 7, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly welcomes the invitation by Azerbaijan to the United Nations to visit the region and notes the preliminary conclusion of the United Nations Mission that took place on 1 October 2023. It also welcomes the planned visit by the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights to Azerbaijan, including its Karabakh region, and the co-operation of the Azerbaijani authorities to facilitate this visit."
