In the draft resolution, paragraph 9, after the first sentence, add the following sentence:

"The Assembly also notes that the relevant independent bodies present on the ground, such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, have not recorded incidences of mistreatment by Azerbaijani authorities of Armenians leaving for Armenia."
