In the draft resolution, after paragraph 11.11, insert the following paragraph:

"raise public awareness through a communication strategy that explains the importance of sanctions to European citizens and clarifies their goal, which ultimately is to minimise the economic power of the aggressor State Russia and therefore to reduce its capabilities to wage its war of aggression and to commit war crimes."
