In the draft resolution, paragraph 3, in the last sentence, delete the following words:

", which appear politically-motivated and an attempt to intimidate the opposition, obstruct its actions, stifle pluralism and limit freedom of political debate"

Explanatory note

These developments took place in the context of ongoing investigations. It is not correct to use the phrase “appear” in this way as the realities will be understood after the investigation phase is completed. Therefore, this part should be deleted as it is an unfounded allegation.
