Explanatory note

The accusation that anyone who might become challenger to President Erdoğan and/or criticise Government will be arrested is completely unfounded speculation. It is not a sentence that belongs in a resolution of our Assembly. Such subjective criticism and interpretation has no place in a resolution and should therefore be deleted.
