Please find enclosed the draft Council of Europe Convention
on the Co-Production of Audiovisual Works in the form of Series
and its draft Explanatory Report (CM(2025)18-add1 and CM(2025)18-add2)
which the Ministers’ Deputies agreed at their 1526th meeting (23
April 2025) to transmit to the Parliamentary Assembly for opinion on
the draft Convention as soon as possible.
