Please find attached the Draft Convention establishing an International Claims Commission for Ukraine, which the Ministers’ Deputies agreed at their 1537th meeting (17 September 2025) to transmit to the Parliamentary Assembly for opinion as soon as possible.
Please note that editorial corrections will still be made, especially to the French version, but not affecting the substance.
