In the draft resolution, paragraph 8, first sentence, replace the words "peoples of Russia and the preparedness to engage into a meaningful dialogue with the representatives of Russia's national and ethnic groups" with the following words:

"indigenous peoples and national minorities of the Russian Federation and the preparedness to engage into a meaningful dialogue with their representatives"

Explanatory note

Changed the wording to "indigenous peoples and national minorities of the Russian Federation" for clarity and precision
