The threats to Greenland require a coordinated Euro-Atlantic
strategy. The Council of Europe has a role to play in defending
the sovereignty of states, the rule of law and democracy in the
face of Arctic geopolitical challenges. The Parliamentary Assembly
must examine the options for an effective strategy, supported by
the relevant multilateral organisations.
