The Assembly,
Conscious of the gravity of the problem presented by refugees and surplus population,
Considering that urgent measures must be taken to secure the integration into the economic system of refugees and surplus elements of population,
Decides to include in its Agenda the following question :
“ Measure s to be adopted for securing the assimilation in the economic system of refugees and surplus elements of population. ”
and instructs its Committee on Population and Refugees to Study the problem and report to the Assembly.
