The Assembly,
Having taken note of the creation of Council of Europe Research Fellowships available to nationals of Members of the Council of Europe for research in problems of European integration and co-operation,
Decides to include the following question in its Agenda :
" Possibility of allowing nationals, including exiles, from European non-member countries, to compete for Council of Europe Research Fellowships ",
and refers this question to its Special Committee to watch over the interests of European nations not represented in the Council of Europe for its consideration and report.
