The Assembly,
Having regard to the question of the changes made in the regulations governing fishing rights in the territorial waters of the Free State of Iceland, which is included in its agenda and has been referred to its competent committees for study,
Expresses the hope that, pending a solution of the problems involved, fishing trawlers will be permitted to enter Icelandic ports to land sick or injured members of their crews without incurring prosecution for earlier offences against the new regulations registered by the Icelandic authorities but not brought to the notice of the Captain of the trawler concerned.
