The Assembly,
Considering that there is a vital need for the Member States of the Council of Europe to concert their attitude in the United Nations,
Instructs the Political Committee to examine the agenda of the General Assembly of the United Nations before each session with a view to making recommendations designed to facilitate the adoption of a common attitude by the delegations of Member States of the Council of Europe in the General Assembly ;
Recommends to the Committee of Ministers that they should hold a special meeting before each session of the General Assembly of the United Nations for the purpose of co-ordinating their position on the major points on the agenda.
