PACE Standing Committee meeting in Tallinn, different election observation missions and the visit to Greece of the ad hoc committee of the Bureau on the situation of migrants, refugees and asylum seekers in the country were major themes during the debate on the progress report of the Bureau and the Standing Committee – which covers the activities and decisions of the Assembly’s subsidiary bodies since the last session.
