1. In accordance with Rule
6, paragraphs 1 and 4, of the Rules of Procedure, the President
of the Assembly has received credentials of representatives and
substitutes for the fourth part of the 2011 Ordinary Session of the
Assembly, which have been transmitted in due form by the competent
authorities of member states.
2. The Assembly is called upon to take a decision on the ratification
of the credentials of the representatives and substitutes whose
names are given below.
3. Belgium has appointed
a new representative to replace Mr Patrick De Groote, who has resigned.
Mr Luc Sevenhans has resigned.
4. Bosnia and Herzegovina has
appointed one representative and three substitutes to fill four
vacant seats.
5. Finland has appointed
two new representatives to replace Ms Pia Kauma and Ms Krista Kiuru,
who have resigned.
6. France has appointed
a new substitute to replace Ms Claude Greff, who has resigned. A
substitute has become a representative.
7. Greece has appointed
a new representative and a representative has become a substitute,
to replace Mr Alexandros Athanasiadis, who has resigned.
8. Following parliamentary elections, Ireland has
appointed a new delegation.
9. Luxembourg has appointed
a new substitute to replace Mr Jean Huss, who has resigned.
10. Monaco has appointed
a new representative to replace Ms Sophie Lavagna, who has resigned.
11. Following senatorial elections, the
Netherlands have appointed two new representatives to
replace Mr Louis Bontes and Mr Han Ten Broeke, and one new substitute
to replace Ms Wassila Hachchi.
12. Following parliamentary elections, Portugal has
appointed a new delegation.
13. San Marino has appointed
a new substitute to replace Mr Marco Gatti, who has resigned.
14. Following parliamentary elections, ’’the
former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia” has appointed
a new delegation.
15. Following parliamentary elections, Turkey has
appointed a new delegation.
16. In case of objection or justified contestation, the contested
credentials shall be referred without debate to the appropriate
committee, which shall report back to the Assembly in accordance
with Rules 7 and 8 of the Rules of Procedure.
