This written declaration commits only those who have signed it.
On 27 September 2011 KFOR units committed armed violence against
civilians who peacefully protested at Jarinje Administrative Crossing.
Bearing in mind that six civilians were wounded it may be
concluded that KFOR soldiers attempted to commit massacre over civilian
population.
We condemn the needless and excessive use of force against
civilians in Jarinje and request order givers and KFOR soldiers
be called to criminal responsibility for violence.
We condemn KFOR actions endangering the security of civilians
and their freedom of movement, especially because KFOR draws new
borders, beyond the mandate defined by Security Council Resolution
1244.
We recall the continuity of violence aiming at ignoring the
United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244, brutal violating
of the European Convention on Human Rights, and all that in presence
and with participation of representatives of the International Community
in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohia.
We ask the Parliamentary Assembly to follow the developments
in the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohia.
