The Assembly invites the Secretary-General to refer to the Committee of Ministers the Assembly's request that with due regard to the provisions or Articles 24 and 38 (d) of the Statute, the necessary funds shall be put at the disposal of the Committee entrusted with the study of the question of political unity.
