Mr. SCHOLEFIELD-ALLEN
to ask the Committee of Ministers
whether they are now in a position to add new information to the statement made on 20th November 1958 concerning ratification of the 1954 Convention for the prevention of pollution of the sea by oil; especially whether there is any further progress towards ratification by Greece and Italy, the only maritime Member States of the Council of Europe which have not yet ratified the said Convention.
