The Assembly,
Having examined the Report of the Committee on Population and Refugees on the problem of over-population in Italy (Doc. 1209);
Having examined the memorandum of the Secretariat-General on population trends in Europe (Doc. 1212);
Considering that Europe must be made conscious of all the various problems arising out of the demographic evolution,
Instructs its Committee on Population and Refugees to make a study of population trends in Europe and to define the problems raised by these trends in all sectors.
