The Assembly,

1. Having noted the preliminary report of the Legal Committee on the extra-territorial application of anti-trust legislation,

2. Instructs the Legal Committee :

(a) to continue its study of this question and submit its final conclusions in due course ;

(b) to study also the legal problems connected with industrial espionage.
