The Assembly,
1. Having examined the report on science policy,
2. Invites its Permanent Working Party on Parliamentary and Public Relations to undertake, through the good offices of its members, all appropriate steps in the national Parliaments to encourage the creation of joint Parliamentary-Scientific Committees.
