1. Considering its reply to the 1971 annual report of OECD (Resolution 530) and the report of its Committee on Economic Affairs and Development (Doc. 3147) ;
2. Considering the importance of the recently published OECD "Rey Group" report on "Policy perspectives for international trade and economic relations" ;
3. Considering too the forthcoming negotiations in GATT and in the Committee of Twenty of the International Monetary Fund,
4. Instructs its Committee on Economic Affairs and Development to report on how the Rey Group's recommendations could best be implemented.
