The Assembly,

Considering the draft Agenda adopted on 1st March 1963 by the Standing Committee of the European Conference of Local Authorities for the 5th Session of the Conference ;

Considering Resolution 35 (1962) of the Conference on problems arising from the free movement of man-power between member countries :

Having regard to Article 3, paragraph (a), of the Conference's Charter,

Approves and recommends that the Committee of Ministers approve the said draft Agenda, containing the following items :

1 Establishment of foreign workers in local communities of member countries ;

2 Regional planning ;

3 Report by the Standing Committee.
