The Standing Committee,

Acting on behalf of the Assembly in accordance with Order No. 185 ;

Having regard to the opinion expressed by the Committee on Agriculture,

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe (Category II) to the following non-governmental organisation :

The European Committee of Young Farmers and 4-H Clubs.
