The Standing Committee,

Acting on behalf of the Assembly in accordance with Order No. 185 ;

Having regard to the opinion expressed by the Economic Committee (Doc. 1852),

Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe, Category I, to the following international non-governmental organisation :

- The International Prevention of Road Accidents.
