The Standing Committee,

1. Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly, in accordance with Order No 185 ;

2. Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Legal Affairs Committee (Doc. 2844) and by the Committee on Economic Affairs and Development (Doc. 2849),

3. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status, Category II, to the international non-governmental organisations named below :

a International Prisoners' Aid Association ;

b International Union of Advertisers' Associations.
