a report at the next session of the
Parliamentary Assembly, at the end of January 1984, on how and to what
extent states participating in the CSCE have published the text
of the Madrid Final Declaration ;
b report, at the Assembly's session in autumn 1984, on the
extent to which the Madrid agreements have by then been implemented
by states participating in the CSCE ;
c establish a committee to ensure timely and thorough preparation
by Council of Europe member states of the follow-up meetings agreed
in Madrid.
