The Assembly,

1. Having regard to its Resolution 946 (1990) on the situation in Andorra,

2. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers contact the appropriate Andorran authorities in order to identify :

2.1 the Council of Europe conventions to which Andorra could immediately accede ;

2.2 the Organisation's activities in which the principality could take part as far as mutual interests permit.
