Adopted 18th August 1950, at the conclusion of the Debate on the first Report of the Committee on General Affairs (see Doc. AS (2) 4 and Sittings of 17th and 18th August 1950).

The Assembly,

Considering that no doubt should be allowed to exist as to the right of Representatives to the Assembly to put written questions to the Committee of Ministers even between Sessions,

And considering that this question should be submitted to the competent Committee for examination,

Requests the Committee on Rules of Procedure and Privileges to examine whether Rule 45 of the Provisional Rules of Procedure should be amended, in order to dispel all doubt on this subject.
