That the Bureau do act onbehalf of the Assembly ingranting or withholding itsassent to the appointment by theSecretary -General, inaccordance with Resolution(53) 38, paragraph 4 of theCommittee of Ministers, of acomptroller of expenditure to beincurred by the Clerk.
