In the draft resolution, after paragraph 7, insert the following paragraph:

"The Parliamentary Assembly regrets that despite numerous attempts, the co-rapporteur was not allowed to visit South Ossetia, Georgia."

Explanatory note

In order to avoid the establishment of a practice where a rapporteur is not allowed to pay a visit for the preparation of a report, it would be reasonable to raise the concern in the body of the Resolution.
