In the draft resolution, after paragraph 4.6, insert the following paragraph:

"take into consideration the Final Statement of the Conference - The Moscow Agenda - of the 10th Council of Europe Conference of Ministers responsible for Culture (Moscow, 15-16 April 2013) in defining national cultural policies."

Explanatory note

The Final Statement of the Conference – The Moscow Agenda – adopted by the Ministers responsible for Culture defines means to support common cultural heritage and diversity ; to favour dialogue on the role of culture in contemporary Europe diversity and artistic creation ; to defend culture as a vector for values ; to facilitate access to cultural creations and heritage by promoting cultural activities and exchanges.
