1. The Committee of Ministers has been informed
by the authorities of the Russian Federation that, on 12 April 2012,
the competent investigative authorities initiated proceedings with
respect to the abduction of Mr Aouchev and that at this stage, they
are not in a position to disclose any further information in order
not to prejudice the ongoing investigation.
