In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 12 with the following paragraph:

"The Assembly expresses its gratitude to the State Council of Crimea (the Russian Federation) for the adoption on 11 March 2014 of a historic statement "On guarantees for restoration of the rights of the Crimean Tatars and their integration into the Crimean community" which reflects the achievement of the Crimean Tatar national movement major goals they have been unsuccessfully striving for during the past 23 years in Ukraine".
