In the draft resolution, paragraph 4, replace the first sentence with the following sentence:

"As a result of the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation and the armed conflict in Ukrainian Donbas, over 850 000 people (as of January 2015) have been displaced within Ukraine and over 150 000 have fled to the Russian Federation."
