In the draft resolution, paragraph 5, replace the first sentence with the following sentence:

"Following the Minsk agreements of 5 and 19 September 2014 and a relative improvement in security, around 50 000 people have returned to areas controlled by the Ukrainian government."

Explanatory note

Here I propose a purely technical amendment which is only aimed at making right the names of the documents signed between the parties concerned in Minsk in September 2014.
