At the same time, Russian so-called "humanitarian convoys", which were repeatedly sent to Ukraine without a request for official approval of the Ukrainian authorities, without necessary procedures of border and customs control, and without coordination with the International Committee of the Red Cross, blatantly violate international law and established international practises."
