In the draft resolution, after paragraph 14.3, add the following paragraphs, and delete paragraph 15:

"- the right to vote;

- the right to be a candidate for the office of President of the Assembly, Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson of a committee or sub-committee;

- the right to be represented in the Bureau, Standing Committee and the Joint Committee of the Assembly;

- the right of institutional representation of the Assembly in Council of Europe bodies or other organisations;

- the right to address questions to the Committee of Ministers;

- the right to table motions."
