1. The Committee of Ministers has no information
as to how many and which member States hire professional lobbyists
to engage with other member States on the Committee of Ministers
and their parliamentarians in the Assembly.
2. If such lobbyists were to be employed by member States, the
Committee would expect them to be used with a view to furthering
the aims of the Council of Europe and its Statute.
