In the draft resolution, paragraph 10.5, replace the words "certain cases" with the following words:

"cases of prosecution and detention of opposition political figures".

Explanatory note

As stated in the Assembly Resolution 2015(2014) "... almost the entire leadership of the former ruling party has been arrested or is under prosecution or investigation." This includes the former President, former Prime Minister, and many former ministers and local leaders.
