In the draft resolution, paragraph 8, first sentence, replace the words "following the withdrawal of troops and weapons" with the following words:

"full access for the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) throughout the entire territory of Donbas, with the border sealed and controlled by the SMM following the complete withdrawal of Russian troops, mercenaries and weapons".
