In the draft resolution, after paragraph 6, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly regrets that several recommendations of Resolution 2292 (2019), including preventing violations of the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people, in particular in the Chechen Republic, have not been implemented by the Russian Federation, so far."
